In folgender Situation kann dies ein Nachteil sein: Beim Start von Firefox ist eine gute Internetverbindung verfügbar und die Seiten werden nicht geladen, wenn dann die Internetverbindung schlecht oder nicht vorhanden ist, kann das gewählte Tab aber nicht geladen werden oder es dauert unverhältnismäßig lange.
